An extremely progressive 3yo last season when encountering a soft surface, winning 2 of her 4 starts and placing 2nd in the other 2 races. Disappointing on her first two runs this season, she ran a much better race last time following a break in what was a really competitive listed race at Newbury. With the forecast rain, conditions should be ideal for With Thanks and this doesn’t look anywhere near as competitive as that Newbury race. With improvement to come now she’ll encounter proper soft ground for the first time this season, she looks the one to beat.
Sunset Bay is a notebook horse running here, but this is a tough ask and we feel she wants 1 mile to be seen at her best.
