A relatively unfancied 16/1 winner on debut, she then won a conditions event showing a really nice turn of foot beating a two time previous winner pretty comfortably. She stepped up again on that with an excellent run in the Queen Mary, finishing 4th despite having the worst of the draw, finishing ahead of some very nice fillies. She shows an abundance of pace, will be suited by this return to a better surface and from stall 2 looks to hold really strong claims in a decent event.
Ascot Day Two, Liberty Beach, 4th Queen Mary,
Finished best of those on the unfavoured far side, having travelled extremely strongly and quickened well to finish a highly creditable 4th place considering the pace and draw bias towards the nearside. She’d previously shown an impressive turn of foot when winning the Hilary Needler at Beverley, so handles a variety of ground and from a less fashionable yard could easily be underestimated in some future pattern races for 2yo fillies this season.
