Proved to be a decent 2yo and ran well on his only run on an artificial surface when 2nd to subsequent Group 1 winner The Last Lion; he in fact ran with great credit on that Group 1 race. Unsuited by the soft conditions on his final start at 2yo and his reappearance as a 3yo; he then didn’t quite handle Epsom on his next run. A much improved effort when returning to sprinting last time at Sandown, he flew home over 5 furlongs suggesting this trip would be ideal. He gets weight from his elders, is we feel a good deal better than we’ve seen this year thus far and goes to post with strong claims.
