A competitive Juvenile Handicap where a few could step up on what they’ve shown so far and the step up in trip should really suit this chap. He was a stayer on the flat, so 2 miles over hurdles was always going to be the bare minimum he’d want to be racing over. That said he’s run really well and but for going on to early last time on very testing ground should probably have won at Sandown. A slightly more patient ride from Richard Johnson here should pay dividends.
