3.10 Chepstow – Oxwich Bay (e/w) – 4th 13/2 (Advised 16/1)

A really interesting runner here being sent over fences for the first time, off what may prove to be a very workable handicap mark. He did well last season, running 2nd at Cheltenham in a competitive handicap hurdle, before winning his maiden. He was highly tried at times after then and subsequently still remains on a mark he can exploit. His full brother also trained by Evan Williams had a similar profile before improving a stone on the ratings after winning his first 2 chase starts and if this chap can emulate half of his brothers improvement, he must be of interest here. Hopefully they all go to post and we have top 4 places each way.
