A really interesting runner, who’s run in the 2000 Guineas can be forgiven as the yard were badly out of form. They’re back to form now having shut up shop for a month. This chap was a top class 2yo, winning three races including the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes and finishing runner up on his only other runs, behind Calyx in the Coventry and Too Darn Hot in the Dewhurst. Reports suggest he’s working really well ahead of this and is expected to go very close.
