Runner up in this last year to an extremely high class mare in Colreevy, who then went onto beat Monkfish on her next outing. Elimay has come along slowly this season and looks peaking at the right time following a nice win at Naas last time. She had finished 2nd to Mount Ida the time before, but will have improved from that run a good deal, whilst her main market rival has a huge question mark over her tendency to jump right handed. With no Colreevy to beat this year, Elimay very much looks the one to beat, she’s classy, she’s tough and she handles the track and conditions very well.
