A flop in his debut on fast ground as 2yo, he then ran very well when 2nd at Ayr, before bolting up on his 3rd start to win he maiden. Again disappointing on his return on a faster surface, he clearly needs juice in the ground, so conditions will be ideal. Last time, although finishing last, his finishing position doesn’t tell the story. His jockey’s saddle slipped early on and even with that hindrance, he was cruising behind the leaders, but his jockey had no choice but to let him come home in his own time. He’s a really nice sort, well regarded and being the outsider of the field and been completely missed by the bookies.
