A cracking days racing at Cheltenham for Trials day which saw a nice winner for our notebook horses.

3.35 Cheltenham – Rock My Way – WON 13/2 Rock My Way was a notebook horse from his hurdles debut when an extremely encouraging 2nd to a very well regarded winner here in January, where the front two pulled a long way clear of the field. He’s a really striking individual and with a little improvement from that run must be competitive again.

Sent off an unconsidered 66/1 shot on his hurdles debut, he’s a big scopey, strong looking horse who’s sure to improve for the experience and looks a future chaser; he’s already a point to point winner. He travelled really nicely here and was the only one to be able to match the eventual winner, giving the Fav a real fright in the home straight and going down by just over a length, to a very well regarded winner. Rock My Way clearly has a lot of ability, a novice would be a formality and it’ll be interesting to see how far he can go for his small stable.
