Another crackerjack of a winner… – members were on at 25/1..

The recently introduced Racing League has given racegoers some much needed competitive racing and we very much took advantage of that on Thursday afternoon…

Vintage Clarets who’d been unplaced in his last 8 starts was advised early to aracingfirst members on the Tuesday evening.

Early Bet for Thursday.

4.30 Windsor – Vintage Clarets (e/w) – generally 25/1.
Top 4 Places with Bet365, Paddy Power, William Hill
The likelihood of quick ground with the continued dry forecast, which is what the well handicapped Vintage Clarets wants.  He finally drops back to 5 furlongs which is what we feel is his ideal trip, especially on quick ground and he’s extremely well handicapped off a mark of 84 having started the season off 96. This is also his easiest task this season, having contested class 2 handicaps at York, Newmarket and Chester. He blew his chances at the start last time at York, so didn’t really give his true running, whilst he’d shown enough in his three previous runs to suggest he’s more than capable off his reducing mark.

He was well backed over the course of the following couple of days and duly bounced right back to form…
WON 12/1
